Ingredients:
1 kg Carp fish or salmon.
1 cucumber cut the fruit lengthwise and small.
10 whole red chili
1/2 Bombay onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 slice Ginger
1 slice Galangal
1 slice Turmeric
4 Candlenuts
2 cup of water
Salt to taste
5 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp vinegar
1 lemongrass
2 Salam leaves
3 Kaffir lime leaves
1 Kaffir lime
How to Make:
- Clean fish and cut the fish in pieces. Then pour salt and Kaffir Lime juice onto the fish.
- Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Fry until yellow but not too dry.
- Stir fry all ingredients that have been mashed until fragrant.
- Give 2 glasses of water, vinegar and sugar.
- Boil and cook until slightly set.
- Add the fish, cucumber, and red chili.
- Continue to stir fry for about 5 minutes.
- Serve
